Study the development of regional significant retail and commercial development and seek private developers for potential projects.
Seek opportunities to develop identified community assets to provide unique opportunities for residents and visitors.
Incorporate defined assets into marketing materials targeted to visitors.

Work on the marketing plan was completed in 2011 and implementation is ongoing.
The Facebook page has been active since 2011. There are currently 1390 fans of the page.
The City has annexed 70 acres for a project and also annexed the new Agri-Center property.
The 505 Campaign, spearheaded by Market South Hutch, is actively promoting the hotels and attractions in South Hutchinson.
